Voting Instructions:

• If you received an email from Meridian regarding voting on the Special Resolution, you may follow the personalized link in that email to skip the log-in steps below. If you did not receive this email, and would like to receive a direct link for future voting, please contact your branch or Meridian’s Contact Centre to ensure your email address is on file.
• For Retail (personal) Members: To access the online ballot, please enter your Voter ID and your Voter Password.
  • Voter ID = Your Meridian account number. If you have more than one account, please use the one where your $1 Membership share is held. For more information, please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
  • Voter Password = first 3 characters of the Postal Code we have on file for you AND the last 4 digits of the telephone number we have on file for you. Example:  L0M1234 (with no spaces).
• For Business Members:
  • Please complete a proxy form and have the designated proxy submit the completed form in person at any Meridian branch to obtain a randomly generated password.
