Reston Community Center (RCC) is devoted to serving the residents and businesses in Small District 5 (SD5). RCC is governed by a nine-person Board of Governors. Each year, RCC conducts a poll of residents and businesses in SD5 to select members of RCC's Board of Governors. RCC is required to hold the Preference Poll annually regardless of how many candidates run. Write-in voting is not counted.

Reston Community Center has been "Enriching Lives, and Building Community" for over 30 years. RCC provides a wide range of programs in arts, aquatics, enrichment and life-long learning.
