Voting for the East Coast Credit Union and LaHave River Credit Union Merger is open from Monday, September 18, 2023 at 12:00 PM, through Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT).
Voting Instructions:
To access the online ballot, please enter your Voter ID and your Voter Password.
Please complete an Authorization to Vote Form (available at an East Coast Credit Union branch or via our merger website:
www.growingbettertogether.ca) and submit the completed form to any East Coast Credit Union branch or to
eastcoast@creditu.ca to obtain your Voter Password. If your business/association has already completed an Authorization to Vote Form in previous years, please contact your branch or reach out to us at 1-866-230-7700 to determine if you are required to submit a new form.
- Voter ID = Your Business' East Coast Credit Union Account Number in the following format:
- Account Number for evoting: xxxxx00x (ex: 12345008). Remove any dashes and replace the 6th and 7th last digits with zeros.
- Ex: 12345-67-8 would become 12345008
- Ex: 12345018 would become 12345008
- Voter Password = A four-digit PIN number issued by East Coast Credit Union. Please see the instructions above on obtaining your PIN..

Disclaimer: Each Member is entitled to one vote. To preserve the integrity of the voting process, you may only cast your vote once. If, due to an error, the Credit Union receives two ballots from a Member, the ballot received first by CUES (Credit Union Executives Society, East Coast’s voting partner), will be counted as that Member’s vote.
