By entering the Control Number and Site ID above, the person casting this ballot represents and warrants to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, LLC (WHR) and the applicable Franchisee Advisory Association, Franchisee Advisory Council or equivalent representative body (“FAC”) that he or she is a duly authorized representative or proxy of the Franchisee whose Control Number has been entered, that the Control Number and Site Identification number have been lawfully obtained, and that all voting instructions given to the Franchisee have been faithfully followed. WHR reserves the right to verify the identity and capacity of any voter, refuse to count the ballot if any irregularity is suspected or proven, and to confirm the votes cast by the voter to assure accuracy, integrity, and quality of the election voting system. The elections are conducted under the authority of the applicable FAC and subject to its by-laws.
